Wheeling with a group larger then 3 is gonna always be slower. Just how it is. Unless everyone there knows each other very well and their abilities and paces.

Wheeling with more than 8 trucks just isn't fun (unless they are all on the same ability level)

Only time I don't care about the group size is the now ritual welcome hells revenge trail run

23 trucks. Why not? I'll never forget Pete's line from that. He was behind me, and about half way through "every time I watch you go through something I always think there has to be an easier way"

That was an hour after I fixed my locker. Good times

My guilty conscience tells me to return them. I was only charged for 1 set. Over $1k worth of parts to go back. I guess sometimes I'm too honest for my own good. :anonymous:

This! Really no point in going if you're not gonna take time to really enjoy it.

Dude I came there to run Kane's. straight up.

Wish I'd just run it with the rolled truck. If I had taken the bed rack off before it I would have done it. Truck was totally fine.

But I was nervous it wasn't for good reasons.

And can't say I blame you! Haha I still am amazed Jess talks to me and comes with me on trips still

High elevation and rocks is fun

    Go to page 42 I think...pics there.

Up we were coming back to area BFE for camp at about 1 am from a night run on fins n things. I was tired. One handed(broke left hand two days earlier on seven mile), going a bit fast and had my lights one with too much dust in front of me. Dust got really thick and I let off the gas and then boom. It cleared and what do you know..a right hand turn. Started the turn but was going too fast for it on the washboard hard road. Rear tires kicked out. I normally would have down shifted to thrid(was going about 25-30mph) and corrected but, was one had short for that. Over corrected just a bit and went into the ditch on the left side of the road. Thank god, was a cliff on the right side..flopped 3/4 roll.

I was so fucking mad. Bed rack was only 4 days old then. Went I to action mode to get Jess out of the truck who was hung by her seat belt and lifted her out. Climbed out and by then Ben and mark and everyone else had caught up. I remember standing there staring at it in disbelief and Ben saying out if the haze,

    "Dude, go turn it off..."

Damn thing was still running haha climbed in and turned off the lights and motor. Silas flipped her back on all fours. Backed it out if the ditch. We all looked it over. Drove it to camp.

Excuses? A broken hand is not an excuse haha I couldn't turn the damn wheel! At the time I was just getting the ability to hold the wheel again in place on straight aways.

Definitely not showing off haha. I was driving more conservative that trip with Jess there. She had never been offroading before and I wanted to keep her safe. Before we stopped rolling(felt like forever) I had a hundred tho it's flash through me and one of the biggest ones was omg...if I kill Jess I will never forgive myself.

Needless to say it was a trip I don't think she will likely forget..haha for other reason too. But she is Initiated now haha pretty used to stuff now with me.
