You ever think about doing that too?

Yeah, but I just wanted some brighter reverse lights at the time.

For the turn signals you'll have to get some leds that have built in resistors or add resistors into the wiring. Otherwise you'll get the annoying hyper-blink that happens when you have a bulb out. This happens because the leds produce less resistance causing the computer to think that a bulb is out.

At some point I will do it though....

Ah shit, yeah I forgot about that hyper-blink... I ran into that with my front bulbs. I decided to just use the regular bulbs cause adding a resistor didn't seem to be worth my trouble

    Brake lights only it is!

Resistors really aren't hard to do at all, just a matter of adding it into the wiring.

I'll probably do it once I put the blinkers into the corner lights.

Eh, I'm pretty lazy when it comes to that. Besides, I have bigger fish to fry... my ultra gauge came while I was elk hunting :D

Haha yeah, I just watched that video I recorded from about 2-3 weeks ago yesterday and remembered it falling off. Though it would be pretty cool to see a vehicle driving over it like the jeep did!

Also finally got around to airing up my tires. They've been at 18psi for about 2 weeks now...

As well as changed out a burnt bulb in my corner light.

I figured I'd take this here and not bog down BoxRockets fab thread

Ah okay I was thinking the 48" might have been a little too big. Where do you keep yours? I just laid mine by my tool box in the bed, it's so heavy it doesn't shift around... that's until I get a more permanent mounting location anyway.

Hmm yeah the more I think about it, the canopy really doesn't do a whole lot except keep the bed dry, but a tarp can easily fix that if it starts pissing rain....... hmmm

I'd get a 48" at the minimum. I just keep mine in the bed locked up for now.

Yeah I should probably use a bed lock for mine. I lock the canopy so I figure that's good enough.

and I was just looking at my canopy. Definitely gonna keep it. I forgot about the mods I did to it that made it more enjoyable than it already was

Haha yeah, canopies do have their purpose. I think a canopy would work better for hunting that a bed rack and tent would.

Definitely. Now I have my eye on THIS... god knows why cause I don't really need a winch but I think it'd complete my front end

...plus I'm getting 100' of AmSteel synthetic line for $150 and I couldn't pass that up
