Re-cut all the pieces and got a lot better fitment. Trimmed the lid out a little more than pictured to retain the rear seatbelts (kinda wish I would have left it like pictured). Hopefully I can glass the bottom soon so I can put everything back together!

What do you mean? The subs will mount to the top that's pictured and I'm going to cut another piece to lay on top like we were talking about. Only thing about the second piece that sucks is it wont clear the seat brackets on the back wall. I'm either going to have to get some 1/2" or just notch the 3/4"

Oh okay. You made it sound like that was the lid and not the top of the box.

    Sounds good

The bearing in the pics is installed backwards. The mounting tabs where the bolts go should "point" forward. It may or may not have caused an issue in your case but it is backwards.

de-badged the TOYOTA and SR5 V6 off the tailgate, and the SR5 on the cab. Managed to cut my finger with floss in the process, hows that possible!?

So did you not use heat? I was going to wait until I had a heat gun. Did you just use floss?

I used a hair dryer for the ext. cab SR5 badges and then after a while I decided to slowly de-bage it all & my Dad conveniently bought a heat gun for something else... so I used that for the rest. It's definitely do-able with a hair dryer, but a heat gun works a lot better

I used a heat gun I got at a garage sale for $4

but I have used a hair dryer before on an old BMW I had.

I guess I was just pulling to hard on the floss cuz it split my skin in the joint of my finger.
