That's what you get when you yell at your teammates the entire game.

As a football fan, I am trying hard not to fall into the "rigged" controversy that other fans are pissed for. Yesterdays game was a officiating debacle. Regardless, the Saints had the game for 2 drives and failed to close it. The no timeout/delay of game threw Brees off. Not sure why he didn't just spike it or throw it 50 yards out of bounds. Whatever, 5-1. Wish the loss didn't fall on a BYE.

Officiating debacle? Yell at team mates the whole game? Are you a potato?

There was no officiating problems to be had when TB kicked the saints in taints with under 10 seconds left, and if your receivers couldn't catch a disease in Africa, you'd be pissed too... The false start is the only questionable call, but it was followed up with a bull shit offensive pass interference for the pats a few plays later... Both were given shit calls evenly. The saints fucking blew it in the last 3 minutes, it's no ones fault but their own. No other NFL team would turn the ball over three times in the last three minutes being up by only 4 points, especially giving it to Tom Brady.

You see the pass interference as a bad call because you are a pats fan.. you're biased. I lile neither team and I think it was a good call.

Ok so even if we say that's a good call. Where's the call for the shot to the head on Ammendola?

It was given to them earlier on a non helmet to helmet legal hit that they called.

Whatever, that hit wasn't legal either and you know it. Ultimately, it wasn't penalties that lost the saints the game, it was Tom Brady and Kenbrell Thompkins power stuffing their cleats into Rob Ryan's urethra.

Looked clean to me? Lead with the shoulder not the head. Its kinda a moot point arguing over it since its over. Just looked like poor officiating.

Like I said earlier the NFL is making it impossible to play defense. But I guess that's what matters now. More people nowadays would rather see 100 touchdowns than a good hard fought game on both sides of the ball

You can't smear peoples heads, in any way. I don't agree with that, there are other ways to tackle people without making them wheelchair bound for the rest of their lives. It was officiating as officiating is in every game, Jesus you guys are fucking dense. Pats come back to win, and all of the sudden the game was handed to them by the refs? No. They outplayed the saints, fair and square.

And like I said a second ago, you can tackle all you want, but you don't have to put them in fucking wheel chairs.

Tackling a player doesn't put them in a wheelchair. I agree helmet to helmet hits are wrong but all the other plays? "Omg you touched the QB half a second after he threw the ball? 15 yards"

So Mr. Expert, can you tell me if there is such a rule that holding was negated because the defender played through it?

    1) I am a huge niner fan and have not gone home pouting... I am just not a huge shit talker... I like to see it settled on the field where it counts.

    2) I was actually at the game.... It made my stomach sick to see the wave going on during that period of time. It was straight up heartless!!

I wasn't at the game bc I was out of town but if I were there, I would definitely would have been like the players with trying to quiet everyone down. I agree, that's messed up. I talked to a couple of friends that were at the game and they said they just didn't understand what was going on at the time and they were bored. Still, no excuse.

One thing that isn't in any article though is how he got a big cheer and standing O (from what my friends said) when he gave the thumbs up.

But you'll get shitty fans everywhere. Houston fans were cheering quite loud when Shaub was injured. And Nick Foles thought he was playing at a home game in Tampa Bay.
