I like where this is going!

Plan is to make a skid that the tranny/crawlbox/tcase hard mount to, and then mount it to the crossmember with a single bushing. (Same as what I used for the engine mounts.) I'll weld the crossmember to the frame, and have the floor/tranny hump removable so I can access it or completely remove it straight up and out.

And yes, the shop crane is on one leg and weights for counter balance. Sketchy I know, but I couldn't get the damned thing in with the jack stand there. :anonymous:

It is honestly a lot easier to work with rather than trying to work around all the crap.

I guess I'm going with something close to that. I'm aiming for 6" up, 10" down in the front.

I know some guys situate the steering box front to back, but what about side to side? Or would that have a negative effect on handling?

I just want to give the heim a little more breathing room if needed, before any chance of binding while the passenger side is at full droop.

That's just straight bump/droop from ride height. I'll probably go with 16"s up front, possibly 18"s out back.

Yeah you musta miss understood me.. 3 link front 16" coil overs with leaf rear is what im doing. Gonna build it to clear 44's but im mostlikely gonna wheel 42/14.50/17R MTR's on Spider locks FTMFW.

Yeah how do you think i feel everytime i walk by my D60 and 14B and then right by my 94 with 44 front and 14B rear axles and no other drive train parts.

Finally got the arms mounted (I think:rolleyes:). Safe to say I don't think I'll be getting any more Ballistic Fab stuff. 5th set of arms, they got it half right. Passenger side mounted fine, no issues. Drivers side, same damn thing as all the rest. WTF! I ended up cutting one of the plates/washers a little smaller so it wouldn't get sandwiched between the steering arm and knuckle. Not perfect but it's better than nothing.

You can see how much the damn thing is off...

whats your plan for Tcase and gearing?

Edit: also i was wondering if you were planing to do anything to your frame or not? im going to Plate the bottom and out side of my frame from the front bumper all the way back to the rear axle front hanger with 1/4" steel ill be changing my sliders and welding them on at the same time.. no more bolt on sliders for me.. actaully at that rate ill probably be welding on all my bumpers and adding to them to make them stronger..
