Yeah, 5th generation Loudoun county. Have a lot of connections w/ LCFR. Grew up in Round Hill and Lovettsville, moved to the Eastern Shore of MD ~4 years ago, buy my family still lives in Lovettsville. Nice truck.

Nice...I've been here for about 9 years now, but use to move around a lot because I'm in a military family. Been volunteering for about 3 years.

And thanks! I like your truck too.

Good work colouring the interior hvac controls and around window controls. I've been thinking of doing this myself but concerned that the paint would never stick properly. Have you noticed any problems like that so far?

Thanks. I Plasti-Derped both of them before spraying them with the Duplicolor just in case I ever wanted to take it off. I used Plasti-Derp, then Duplicolor spray paint, then an automotive enamel clear coat spray to bring some shine to it. I also colormatched the gauge rings the same way and they all look pretty stock to me.

    OEM STYLE LED TAILLIGHTS

Replaced my Revotec black bezel taillights with some Eagle Eye OEM 09+ style taillights. Sealed them up with black silicone yesterday and got them installed this morning.

Much happier with the OEM style than the Revotec ones. I just felt like they had too much going on and looked a little ricer-ish.

    See above... :D

Nothing much going on besides the taillights lately. Looking to get my OEM bed mat and some ARB recovery accessories for Christmas but nothing huge. Next big updates are going to probably happen in the July 2014 time frame if you look at the Future Plans section in my OP.

I did go on a mall crawler photoshoot yesterday, pictures to follow soon.

Looks good Matt! unless you really want the OEM bed mat check out a horse stall mat (stuff like in weight rooms) and cut it to fit using a cardboard template, worked great for me and its super heavy duty! also it only costs $35. If you do go that route, put soapy water in a spray bottle and use it as cutting fluid when cutting it with a jigsaw or sawsall, it'l cut like butter then

I just realized you had a front plate bumper. It looks damn sharp man, how do you like it?

    Photodumped updated pictures in OP.

Thanks! I have thought about going that route but haven't done much looking, so it's still a possibility. I do like how "OEM" the OEM mat is though. Although, I would have to cut the front corners to get to my extra D-rings anyway.

I like it overall. DO screwed me initially by shipping it bare metal, (paid $125 for PC'ing) but they went above and beyond and sent me $250 to Line-X after I called them back with a quote. The only thing that really bothers me is that the headlight hoops do not fit exactly on to the center hoop, so the corners stick up, as you can see in the picture below. I think the Line-X makes it look worse because it is so thick, but I have gotten used to it by now. Get lots of compliments on it.

Did a little photoshoot while down at the local reservoir yesterday. Also ticked over 20,000 miles this morning. Just barely breaking her in!

Going to be getting a OEM short bed mat, TRD black leather shifter, and an Ultragauge for Christmas. I usually just give my parents a list of what I would like, they get what they want to get me, and I buy the rest for myself. I don't like people wasting money on gifts for me because that's what society says should happen, I would much rather just let them know what I really want and they can get whatever it is if they would like.

Definitely. By the way, how does the UG plug in? Is there just a port under the dash or what? Is the windshield mount just a suction cup?

Thanks! It has been pretty slow recently as I've been trying to save some cash and pace myself on mods. Your truck is looking sweet as well.

Thanks John, I'll have to do some looking on that. You healing up well?
