Oh man, a winter run?!?! Camping and the whole bit? Or maybe more like a spring run so we dont freeze off our behinds? We could always plan a run to go south to escape the cold. Maybe link up with some vegas guys?

Love your truck man, it's looking sharp. Had some questions about the paint on the front bumper. Is this paint, or powder coat? The match looks damn good so I figured its paint. How has it been to keep clean? Are the bugs a nightmare to get off? Did Relentless have it painted for you, or did you have it done locally?

I've been looking for a good deer mulcher for the front of my truck, and after seeing this I really think color matching is the way to go. Just don't want to get 2 years down the road and find half the paint gone because of summer time bugs and rocks/road salt in the winter.

Thanks! Its powder coated. Relentless had someone in Reno do it. Getting/keeping it clean is no harder than the stock bumper. I just got it on in April so it hasn't endured a winter yet. The pc job was done very well so I'm not foreseeing any issues. My opinion on armor, is if you're going too be touching it up all the time, paint is the way to go because its easy and cheap. If you won't need to touch it up, powder coat its the only way to go.

Truck looks great man simple and clean. Got a question on your cap tho, SnugTops website does not list vented windoors as an option. Was that something custom a local dealer did for you?

So far ARE is the only one I can find online that has vented windoors which is a must for my pup. And I have heard more complaints about ARE and I have a LEER and its a POS. My buddies snug top is 6 years old and still doesn't leak and secures very tight. I gotta know where you picked that up.

Thanks! As far as I know its an option from snugtop. I dont remember looking for it on their website. I do remember my dealer having to call snugtop to ask if they could and they called me back saying yes.
Also my dad has an ARE on his 05 taco, and he has never had a problem with it.

The Snugtop website doesn't list a lot of options you can get. I want to say the Rebel (which I have as well) comes standard with a sliding windows with fixed screens. You can get sliding/removable screens as a option as well as the lift up like TJ has. I'd just have the dealer call them and ask.

I honestly dont remember how I did it, but I got my butt kicked for a while. I'll see if I can replicate it. Hopefully I dont screw it up...
Actually, since you have your pic there, highlite the picture, then click the little world picture, and put the link to your build in that popup. That should work. Hopefully

Well, I liked your set up so much, I just ordered one for myself. I went aluminum, and ended up getting a 20" light bar cut out vs. accommodations for a winch, but otherwise it will pretty well be a twin to yours, with the full predator bars and powder coated white to match.

If I missed it on here I apologize but how do you like the TJM winch you have? I have not heard much about them and their 9000lb winch is about $500 cheaper than WARNS VX9000. I like saving money but not at the expense of being stuck in god knows where land.

It's the 9k with 5.5hp motor. I did a bunch of research before I bought this one, and couldnt find anything bad about them. Demello did a review one where he said he abused it, and never had one problem, I tried to find the review, but cant find it now. And the bang for the buck, I didnt think I could go wrong. With that said, I havent got a chance to use it, so I cant really say yay or nay. The wireless remote did crap out on me while I was adjusting my shackles. I called TJM and they had one to me in a few days, no cost, no questions asked. The wired remote still worked, so not a huge issue, just an inconvenience.

haha, it was funny driving by all the camps up there. The side by side or quad was sitting in camp covered up, and the trucks were all gone. I never put my truck in 4wd all day, but saw tracks of someone had all four chained up...
