    when i was a lil kid this massive pine tree behind our house got hit by lightning. the lightning carved a massive split down the tree's bark and wood, and you could follow the path it took from the tree to our well. blew our waterpump and gave our house one helluva shock

    the plumber that came in to fix our water pump and filtration system said it was a good thing no one was in the shower or on the toilet. the strength of the hit would have instantly killed anyone
