I would for sure want one. To bad i would want racing seats to go with it and i have a Double cab so i would of course have to get a racing bench for the back so i would be looking at about 3G's. maybe in the far off future unless you could just do a mid frame bar thing so you could get racing seats in the front.

Bolt in for a regular cab and no cutting of stock dash or parts would be sweet

old thread revival I'd be interested in a bolt in cage for a DC LB requires no cutting if possible

I just got a bunch of these in from the machine shop.

That said, it is physically impossible to install an internal cage in this cab without trimming the interior panels and cargo pockets behind the back seats. There simply isn't enough room to avoid it in that part of the cab.

    Sweeeet!!!

Will it be necessary to drop the cage to weld top side on the WIY kit?

Would it be possible to get a kit with an A-pillar that goes through the dash?

Yes to fully weld the weld in kit you'll need to drop the cage down through the floor. This would be the case with any weld in only cage kit that actually fit the cab worth the money the tube costs.

Yes, we can do though the dash kits. However it would be recommended to only be installed in a truck that is not using the factory dash as a through the dash kit has not been, and will not be, designed to fit with all of the internals of the factory dash.

I'm concerned with the A pillar legs. With so many bends would they not just buckle in a roll?

They also were custom built cages. A production through the dash cage is not going to happen.

I just drove my Tacoma from WI to CA and back with the cage in and it presented no problems. I've been DDing it since we got back, rather than the car, if that tells you anything.
