they are territorial. if they don't grow with the other fish in the tank, they'll be seen as prey. we had a few goldfish that grew with him and they were about his size before they died off.

Haha I don't have a garage. But no I wasn't welding. Just trying to put some chicken nuggets on a pan and it freaked out. It did several different frequencies, then finally burned out completely. Not the bulb so it must be the ballast. Stupid halogens.
