That bad boy is welded on! It isn't going anywhere. I'm gonna test them out later today at carver mill if anyone wants to ride down.

Can someone explain to me what I'm looking at? It has like leaf springs and like two sets of shocks I'm not familiar with this suspension setup at all...

 

Are you talking about the Steering Dampener (white shock, going left to right) or the "track bars" going front to back?

 

I didn't know what it was called. :0 I'm prob gonna upgrade the suspension, just wondering what that stuff was. Thanks.

 

Well fellas I had a ton of fun today wheeling at carver mills rd. freaking sweet. Pics and videos alike. I did suffer some rock rash on one of my wheel and nearly lost my rear bumper haha

Stage one of my build is pretty much done now

Now it's time to lift this mofo

 

Me,Chad and blake went down to Carver mills rd yesterday to do some wheeling. My first real experience with rocks, mud, hills and all sorts of stuff i thought this thing couldn't do. I was shocked.

And this is where it gets funny.

We were riding in the creek ( i havent done the diff breather mod-gotta do that lol) And i was attempting to climb various hills. After coming straight out the water my tires were slick and the sand was super soft so i couldnt get any traction, After backing down a hill i heard blake honk his horn at me. I had backed straight into a damn tree. Lol

I pulled off of it,painfully i admit and we kept driving. I found a sweet hill that i eventually climbed and we check out the damage, It was straight fucked up lol. But luckily i had my hi-lift and we came up with a plan

We removed my tailight and placed my hi-lift against a tree, using my towels so it didnt scratch up the bumper.

We started jacking the lift and sure enough it was pushing the bumper back into place!

this is the side that was undamaged.



And the fixed side:
Freakin looks good to me, you cant tell nothing. I got lucky there but now it means i've gotta get a move on the rear bumper haha.




After wheeling for about 5 hours we headed back to sonic where i bought blakes food for the idea haha, there are way more pics but i dont have them, chad and blake took abunch, stay tuned for more!
