Hey Michael, he replied. I'll copy and paste what he sent me.

Sorry for the late response! here is the link.. I'm not sure how to hook up the halos, I was going to have my cousin install those. http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...ducts_id=14906

And yes an ebay ballast should work, Make sure it is at least 35W! Yes, everything is included to work
    except for the ballast.

You would need the Ballasts and the wires that connect it to the battery and ground, sorry not sure if they come together."

I'm pretty sure you know how to do the halos and does that sound like everything?

Yeah all you need is a relay kit and two ballasts then. Halos are easy to wire just got to find out what you want to tap into

Alright man sounds good, I'm good with them not being perfect. I'll check on the resistors and everything. As long as they throw out light and look badass we're good to go. Haha

And TheTupper did my sig if I remember

The orange just looks harsh, kinda like it clashes. Also the chrome bumper is just kind of hanging there without a chrome grill. I think it would look way better either without the chrome, or without the orange.

And I see you snapping pics while Michael is doin work.

Gonna look good with the lift man.
I really dislike the front end on those trucks, they can look good modified, but I think that bumper looks ugly.
