    Did back and shoulders today. some bro was in there with the knee high socks to hide his tiny little legs. I kept laughing to my self every time i saw him. Got some nice calluses going now.

    Give me some ideas to grow the upper chest. Exercises other than incline bench, cuz I'm already doin that, of course. Typically with dumbbells cuz I haven't had a spot in a while, so it feels like dumbbells are safer (you can just drop them to the side if you have to).

    you can always slow down the tempo so there is more time under tension, switch to close grip for a couple sets helps too. also try incline cable flys but you have to drive with your elbows and chest not your arms. for example i can bench about 295 for 5 reps if i slow it down to slow motion status i can barely do 225 for 5

    Pull overs are good, gotta be heavy as shit though to work well.

    Incline DB press with a twist: Palms facing each other, push the DB's together like an isometric squeeze movement. You'll move them from thumb joint at nipples and arc up over the head.

    Yea, I usually do that every other chest day.

    I don't do incline flies enough. I'll start doing them more.

    I've got pecs...I just don't have anything at the top of them. Been tryin to work on that more lately...just seems like there's very limited amount of exercises you can do for that part of your chest
