    OP please just take your airbags put and your seat belts plus your doors. Actually just remove anything that might inhibit your sight.... Or just don't drive..

    I keep my rear seat headrests behind the rear seats. Much better visibility. Then I can throw them back on when someone is back there.

    Since the OP was using motorcycles, comparing them to using headrests. I liked to know his take on pedal bikes and ATV's when it comes to him not using headrests? What about just plain walking, we all know how unsafe it can be.
