It's hard to argue with this logic. I'm just so unsure right now lol. Not of my sexuality, I love when the panties drop. Lets just be clear about that lmao. But I wanted to do the blacked out headlights because the red halos would look sick with that, and blacked out housings wouldn't look right with the black grille and eyelids. But I really like how aggressive the black grill looks

Haha well I picked his truck to photoshop because I wanted that same bumper and the eyelids (quencidence I swear lol) but I think if I did the black grill, it may not look bad with the black headlights if I steer away from the eyelids.

Yeah blacked headlights would look better with a black grill IMO

A dodge salesman tried that on me when I was looking at a ram runner one day (looked exactly like this one but no lightbars):

He said, and I quote: "Dude, wherever you park this thing there's gonna be bitches phone numbers in the wipers when you come back"

I replied "If I trade this thing in for that, your detailer better clean these seats damn well to get all the residue off from the tail this thing pulls"

Ok I didn't think of that till later  hate it when that happens

Black. Red looks cleaner, but the bumper looks like it's tacked on to a stock setup. Black front end make the bumper look like it "belongs" more and isn't an afterthought to what appears to be a stock vehicle (stock vehicle to the average person)

And no eyelids. Just my two cents.

Well back in here on an update with my new tires and wheels. I have found that the tires DO touch the frame on full lock. The contact is so minor that you only know this from actually LOOKING at the frame. You can't feel it in the steering wheel. So now I am going to look at probably welding a tiny tab of metal as a steering stop on each side to prevent this. It does not rub on the front near the bumper, but in the back edge near the firewall.

What tire and rim combination are you running, Bill? Can't remember.

Weird... I'm a 99, have that same set up (285/75/16 with 4" bs) and don't rub?
At least I can't feel it, maybe I need to check my frame for rubber residue

Like I said, it is minimal contact. Only rubbing a little of the undercoating off.

You ideally want to have no more than 4" bs. Any more and you will likely have minimal rubbing.
