    I've never been able to stand stuff in between my toes. I hate wearin flip flops...There's no way I could do the toe sock thing or Vibrams.

    My favorite upper-chest exercises are incline bench, incline dumbbell bench, incline flys, pec-dec, hammer machine press, and incline reverse flys (same as incline flys, but with your chest against the pad)

    I try try get as close to mine as possible, which sometimes results in some cuts. I've got scars up and down both legs from it...I'd rather have scars on my shins than walk around like a fairy in knee-high socks lol:D

    Anyone premake their meals for the week? Im about to grill up 6 lbs of steak and 4 lbs of chicken. Will be putting brown rice, broccoli, maybe carrots, red potatoes, quinoa, and mix and match them with the meats.

    I do that every weekend my friend.... Brown Rice Chicken Fish Peppers

    This week I mixed it up... sammich's with some chips, and pre workout is pasta with Brats... kinda fattier this week but I needed a change...

    usually its 6 oz fish in the afternoon with veggies... Then pre workout is 7oz of chicken with a cup of brown rice

    I have a pretty simple method. I cook 3 chicken breasts and 3 tilapia fillets every Sunday and Wednesday and boil 35 eggs every Sunday. I always keep canned vegetables and tuna in stock, as well as stuff for salads, wheat bread, and sometimes I'll cook a big ass bowl of whole wheat pasta with ground turkey.

    I cook the meats on Sunday and Wednesday b/c I don't wanna eat chicken or fish over 3 days old. Also, I eat 5 eggs per day for breakfast, but only 2-3 yolks.

    All that makes enough for my needs. Here's a sample meal day:

    meal 1: 5 boiled eggs, wheat bagel w/ peanut butter, banana
    meal 2: serious mass w/ peanut butter and a half of a banana
    meal 3: chicken, 1/2 can of vegetables (green beans, whole potatoes, peas, etc), wheat bagel w/ peanut butter
    meal 4: serious mass w/ peanut butter and the other half of my banana
    meal 5: tilapia, salad, greek yogurt
    meal 6: spaghetti, 1/2 can of vegetables, cottage cheese

    That's about 3500-4000 calories & ~175-200 g protein

    If I get burnt out on chicken or tilapia, I'll throw a tuna sandwich, hamburger helper, or Subway haha

    The only rule I really follow is 5-7 meals a day, each containing a source of protein, carbs, and a vegetable or fruit. Everything else falls in place.

    Well then I also do serious mass in the morning - with a TBS of peanut butter, cup of spinach and a whole banana
