    Got the threaded insert started today but ran into a small problem but nothing that can't be fixed! Started threading it into wood but I decided I wanted to go out and buy a drill bit 1/32 bigger than 3/16 to have the insert go in just a bit easier so we don't risk cracking the wood! It will turn out fine! Also turned a scrap piece of laminated wood to practice a perfect sphere shape....think the real ones going to look AMAZING!!!

    Well this shifter for Ghost848 is taking longer than expected because we first had a delay on buying the black ebony and we've also just been taking it very slow: because black ebony is so dense and hard we have to be extremely careful not to chip or crack the wood! But generally from now on it should be around 2 weeks!! Maybe sooner!! Hope that explains you're question!!
