The 17 is on my list. I no longer own a .308 battle rifle, and the 17 has a lot going for it, especially when non-reciprocating charging handle bcgs hit the market.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
Nice! Mine is too full of ammo and mags to be pretty.

Once the price of ammo etc went through the roof I relocated it all jnto the safe

there was or is a full auto vector at a range near by, they rent it out i have been wanting to give it a shot for fun. I have never shot the semi or full auto version, they look cool and i saw them on future weapons i think a few years ago.

Just hit me that the ARAK upper is the ultimate upper for making an AR Pistol. No useless buffer tube sticking out. hmmm....:D

I met him when I was in the Persian Gulf, he came on the Nimitz with USO. Agreed, he is an awesome guy, real chatty.

    Here's a few of mine:

The Springfield XD I sold awhile back. Right now I own the following:

    Sig M400 AR-15
2 Different Frankenstien Build AR-15's (1 is only half built)
1 Ruger American 30-06 with Redfield Scope
1 Ruger 10/22 with Bushnell Scope
    1 Diamondback DB9 9mm pistol
1 Glock 19 Gen 3 (most likely will be going to Gen 4 for another G19 & G17)

Also leaning heavily on buying a Mossberg 500 soon...

What is everybody's experience with Cerakote? I've looked at some of their testing on their site and it seems impressive. But of course they are going to tell you their own product is awesome. How scratch resistant, corrosion resistant, etc. has it been for you? If it really is what they say it is, I would like to get some of my hunting rifles coated. I know my hunting rifles are going to get banged up, dropped, scratched, etc, but I do like to keep them in good shape.

Cerakote is as good as it gets for durable coatings.

We use it at my work on our aircraft engines. If it can stand up to 2500 hours of flying it'll stand up to a couple bumps here and there and a light drizzle. Lol

As A Cerakote applicator, I have done my own testing and can say it lives up to its rep when done right.

Fantastic. I plan to Cerakote the barrel on my Mossberg 500 soon. Already got the stuff.
