Are those paint ball rounds they use in training? Interior lights look good how do you like them in the dark? I love mine. :)

Sumunitions are like paint ball x3. They use more of a plasticy membrane that holds shapes better and is more ballisticly sound. They are designed to look and feel the same as real ammo and are fired out of firearms that are designed to look and feel (and in most cases are) the same as real firearms. They're a more realistic cartridge with case, primer, powder and a projectile that is visually similar to a bullet in shape & size. They fly at over 2x the velocity (300fps vs about 650fps+) and hurt like a mofo. They're designed to. It's a learning tool and the hurt is what strengthens the retention training. Bascially, paintball is a game and simunitions are not. Paintball hurts but you know you're going to get hit when you go paintballing. Your goal is to NOT get hit when you're training with simunitions because it will hurt like hell and you want to consider it like the real thing. This is partly why not just any teenager can acquire them. Used improperly you could actually kill (a direct hit to an unprotected eye will penetrate the back wall of the inner socket) or seriously injure someone. It's not for kids.

So, kind of like paintball but worser. :D

Pretty good from what I hear. They try and keep it hush hush to not make local stores mad. Well worth it.

I'll have to if someone got it. I just saw everyone run over there so I saw the aftermath.

I got to play the bad guy in a training scenario wherein I was instructed to get off one round and allow the good guy to react. I ended up with four of these in the soft area of the back of upper arm as I tried to fall to the ground. Unfortunately in the shoot house, I had a chair keeping me from getting to the ground and was lit up. :D

I wore a sweatshirt for the next day's training in the shoot house in spite of the 100+ degree summer weather.
