I have been to Haspin quite a few times back in the late 80's and early 90's when my high school buddies and I had rail buggies. It was the wild west of off road parks back then.

Most of The guys in the local off road club don't like it because it can still be kinda unruly. They will use it in a pinch to wheel but most would prefer to make the trip to Big Rock or Dirty Turtle. I have taken the Land Cruiser both places and prefer BR of the two. Both were pretty cool though.

Most recent thing you've done to your truck was... putting the nozzle in her gas tank and filling her up.

May be getting a tailgate soon. Have to see.

Well haven't done it yet but I need to fluid film my frame. Unless I can find a good running 800 dollar or less beater before it snows it looks like my pristine southwest truck is going to get rusty.

For all the cold weather, Columbus really just does not seem to get hit with snow like other parts of the state. Storms roll in here all the time and are dead by the time they get to 270.

There are some pretty nasty storms that roll off the lake. Columbus is far enough south it is not affected. I often joke it feels 5 degrees warmer down there. The snow storms on interstate 90 however are no joke.

    Oh...question for y'all

The last car I had was a Hyundai Tiburon. The forum for the Tibs had these badges that replaced the "Crooked H". Basically they were the Tuscani badges, which is what the car was called in Korea.

So my point in all of that is...if we saw a Tib with the Tuscani badge..a tib driver would know they were on the forums...etc etc.

Do you guys have anything like that? Just curious.

I know what you mean. I'm trying to pump myself up to take the drive. It's looking like this is going to be a pretty big event. With a lot of nice tacos

I didn't see that "Best 5 Lugger" category.

    Might go now. :D

    ^ Holy poop!!

Good that everyone, other than the deer, is alright.

Closest call is...I ran over an already hit deer. Did freak me out a bit.

So, I'm looking through all of the performance part online stores for the Tacoma...you know...trying to get familiar with whats available for the truck besides the obvious suspension kits.

To my surprise...I see that gullwing doors are available.....Oh hell yea. I just put in an order to get a pair. Hahaha;)
