2005 + Leer camper Shell white for long bed

I have a white Leer camper shell for extended cab or double cab long bed 2005 plus Tacomas. The shell has sliding front windows, carpeted headliner, dome light and led 3rd brake light. It is in excellent condition.

Asking $900 or trade for Magnetic Gray MGM camper shell for 2005 plus Tacoma double cab long bed or access cab long bed.

Sorry man. I already have two guys who want it for the asking price. Plus, I need the money to get a similar camper shell in Magnetic Grey. You think I can buy one cheaper? Also, i am having second thoughts because I can't find a camper shell in MG. Mind as well paint or wrap it!

I doubt you will find one in your color. Not to sway you from selling but I would buy the 2 stage paint from an auto paint supply, sand and prep and pay someone labor to shoot it. Heck, some auto paint places can even convert the quarts into rattlecan for you. I've seen some guys do some great work rattlecanning their bumpers to colormatch their truck this way. It's all in the prep and paint quality.

 

I know what you mean. I'll keep the shell but I will either have it painted professionally or find the closest color match in 3m vinyl and wrap it.

 

I am sorry but I decided to keep the shell. I may put it back if I find the color I want.

 

Good decision. I think in the end it will still be cheaper to pay a local shop $300-400 to colormatch than spend at least $1500 for a new one. I do like the MGM color and it's too bad the camper shell is not black. MGM/black combo on your truck would also look good.

 

Yes, that's what I think too although it'll cost me $500! :-( However, the shop I am using will do an excellent job. They kept my tailgate to make a perfect color match.
