Unless they have a clearly posted "no firearms" bill/sign youre golden. The jot of a chl is you dont even have to tell a cop unless he directly asks you

By no means am I saying dont tell them but a security guard is not a cop and therefore can go fuck themselves with cacti.

The 30.06 sign doesn't cover individuals that are trespassing though.

    For example

1- individual i know jumps my fence and is walking through my yard because he was invited. He has a CHL, was invited, therefore not breaking the law.

2- individual i have never met jumps my fence and walks through my yard. He has a CHL, WAS NOT invited, therefor he is trespassing and is carrying a weapon illegally on private property in which he does not own.

Your allowed to conceal carry on private property that you own, or private property that you have permission to access AND conceal carry.

The 30.06 sign is intended for private property that is open to the public. A mall, gas station, and golf course fall under this. Property that is not open to the public does not have to post a 30.06 sign in order for it to be illegal to carry your weapon on that property.

3 years ago we had this issue on my uncles property up in conroe. The individuals were riding 4wheelers on his property and he finally caught them and had them arrested. 2 of them had a valid CHL and they served jail time for criminal tresspass while carrying a concealed weapon.

As soon as you break the law and tresspass on someones property without consent then the valid CHL in my pocket pretty much becomes invalid.

So im going to try to convince my wife to go to sand blast.
