I need everyone's help. I need to know who all here (if anyone) has had the leaf spring TSB done this month (July). My springs were supposedly ordered on 7/01, but I was recently told that they are on a "national backorder." I don't know if they are telling the truth, or giving me the run around. If you had your springs ordered this month, please let me know. I want to be able to call their bluff and end this nonsense.

    Thanks!

Not much yet, got a pretty good sound system w/ my custom sub box. Plan on adding more lights & a tool box.
I'd have to cal BS on that, I got mine done yesterday! They took a look on Thursday of last week, called on Monday or Tuesday for an appointment. Done deal! Find another dealer.

Okay, so that's one. I'll assume your springs were ordered on 7/02.

    Anyone else?

Nope, mine were ordered on the 6th, delivered on the 7th & installed on the 9th. Very similar to wildcat's experience.

Time to do some Barkin! Sounds like overall, more folks have had a positive Spring TSB experience than a negative one.

Had my truck in for the techs to look at on 7/6, and had the TSB done on 7/7. No mention anywhere of a national backorder. Also, went from 35.5 inches in the back to 37.75 on both sides! Will probably be lower after I haul a few loads, but 2+ inches of lift was nice.

I called the dealership on 6/30 or 7/1 and they agreed to order parts immediately-they had them the next day. They installed the springs on 7/3 with no issues.

I had my truck inspected by the dealer yesterday and they told me it would take a week to get the parts in. I received a call today and they are here :woot:, so I made an appointment to get it done on Monday. I think your dealer is giving you a line of BS on the backorder, call them out on it.
