A car on fire that is not a VW? Definitely a rarity.

Cut out, framed, sheathed, ice and watershield. Ready for tar paper in the morning. Then we start in on dormer two.

    I'm smoked.

Girlfriend's Ninja is like that too. Once it gets cold out that thing doesn't want to run for shit. The summer that I was commuting on it, we hit October and it was like "DONE!" and I said "SH*T!!" because I was traveling an hour each way. That little 250 cut my gas bill from nearly $70 a week down to roughly $15. I tried a carb clean, had the valves and the carbs adjusted at the local shop, and it didn't make any difference. So now when it starts running crappy in the fall, it gets put away. Maybe it's the winter blend gas, who knows?

On the other hand, my Suzuki is injected, so it runs great no matter what the temperature is, so I can ride that all the way into November, if I'm feeling crazy enough.

I used to ride my honda night hawk all year when I was in college. I went to Franklin institute in boston and parking sucked but with the bike I could park on the campus grounds. My Suzuki didnt like the cold weather either

Had a great time yesterday at all wheels. I don't think anyone was exempt from carnage. Put all the footage together unedited and without a soundtrack. Just over an hour. When the computer is done with it I'll post it tonight.

I finally mounted my ultra gauge this weekend. I put it in the center console under the dash behind the cup holders. The jury is still out but as of now I dont think I am a fan. It is to much of a pain in the ass to get to the buttons if need be and I thought I would like it down out of the way but not so much

Can you change the colors of the display? It would bug me if it didn't match the dash lights.

Mount it in the lower left corner of your windshield. I did that and it works great and is out of the way.

    I know :pout:

Black with white. No possible way to change it unless you put a color film in front of the display

I need to get a OBDII bluetooth adapter so I can use the Torque app I purchases a few years ago.

I absentmindedly put regular gas in my bike the last time I rode it. It ran like shit and I haven't ridden it since. I still have to put some stabil in it and run it a bit to get it ready for hibernation.

Next spring will be repairing the frame, getting a full tuneup and cleaning the carbs possibly. Might be selling it after that in pursuit of other ideas.... :D
