    Please read carefully.

I'm not going to say that I'm completely happy with the way Daniel has dodged us lately, but he explained it thorough enough for me. You should read through some older posts, when this was all happening. This is where he also told us the 8520's and the 5300's will SHIP TOGETHER.

i dont blame him for not responding. some of you guys are acting very immature. how many times does he have to say that he has ordered them and is waiting shipment?

All it takes is a simple update from Daniel to clarify everything. Has the final order been placed yet or not? How long does it take to post yes or no?

I have tried to place the order but there is always something going on with pop n lock. Recently it has been: The clam shell packages were the wrong size and we needed knew ones, the instructions are being updated and can't ship until they are ready, etc.

What i meant in my previous post is that monday is the day I am just sending my credit card information and order via email regardless of what she says on the phone.

That is somewhat correct. She knows how many I need from the previous order that was fulfilled. but she needs to place a new order for these since I have moved back home to a new address

So then the question is, why are vendors getting them first. Are they that stupid over there that they cant get one order right. I really wish there was another option instead of P&L. I would not do business with them again if this is how they treat their customers. Since you are sending a new order, does this mean we are moved to the bottom of the que?

I have felt like they have always put the vendors first since they are returning customers. I am going to do everything I can to get ours done with tomorrow

In a way I understand, however, they are going to get the most negative press from this website alone vs other vendors.

They must deal with you guys entirely different than they deal with us as vendors...

Yes, they are a little disorganized and tend to run out of things a lot.

But, typically if we put in an order they take the order and the payment info. Then as things become available they charge the card and ship the items. I have never heard of them declining to take an order because the product wasn't ready. My 5300's have been ordered since October 08. We got half of our order last week with the other half due to be in this week.

That’s how it should be; honestly manufactures and wholesalers shouldn’t sell retail to begin with. We call that playing on both side of the fence, its bad business practice and poor business ethics. If I were their wholesale customer I’d be P’ed as hell they would even offer a discount at retail.

Just keep us updated, that’s all I ask for.

Yep... several of us larger dealers are quite ticked about it. No offense to you guys but its very bad business practice to sell direct at dealer cost to individuals...

It won't happen again I imagine as several of us have informed that should it happen again we will be removing Pop & Lock from our product lineup...

The last remaining lock order has been sent in with all of my information. I will let you know when I get a confirmation or any other updates.

Anyone else who is unhappy, I have offered a refund from the first day we learned of any significant delay. Take it or leave it, wither way you won't be getting a Pop N Lock until the rest of us!

Truck Alteration thanks for your perspective. I found out that I am never again going to try an organize anything like this again so you don't have to worry about me trying to get retailers pricing for anything

    Daniel:

I know this group buy has turned out to be similar to herding cats with water pistols, but i and others appreciate your work and know it is not you it is the manufacturer who is having issues. I think a lot of people are aiming their frustration with the manufacturer onto you, but i do not think they mean it that way.

    Thanks again.
