Colinb17's kinda sorta build thread - now with 4-link and long travel

SWB hides clear coat scratches (think pinstriping from tight trails) like a champ! also hides dirt/pollen/etc very well if you can't clean if for a while. as soon as you scratch down to the primer layer or bare metal though, it's a completely differnt story, and i'm pretty sure swb actually magnafies the scratch

 

Even Lurry's truck looks semi decent. And that thing is scratched and dented to hell

 

a little polish works wonders on the blue paint.......now if they could only make a polish that takes out dents.

When shutterbug and I are next to each other, you can definitely tell mine hides the pinstriping better. I have some nasty pinstripes. I don't know that any of them quite go through the clearcoat though maybe, except the one on the tailgate that goes right to the metal from a hi-lift... haha

 

Only one I have that goes through the clear coat if from when I got keyed
