    i don't have any videos, but i know i am near parallel. when i started squatting my buddy wasn't going down very far, so i pull a bench over, got in squat position and squatted with just the bar until my butt hit the bench....looked in the mirror and i was just a hair below parallel
    so i know what it feels like and what it looks like in the front mirror without having to look at a side mirror (even though video would be better). i am limited to barely hitting around parallel, because i've had 3 knee surgeries and scar tissue or whatever limits my ROM.
    but now that you asked, i may try to take a video

    side note: God chose to bless me with a super weak upper body and huge legs. in high school (when i was in my best shape) the circumference of my legs was close to my waist (ok, probably not, but that's what it looked like).....imagine Ray Rice below the waist and Tim Lincecum above the waist

    look into knee sleeves, it helps to keep the knee warm and gives the joint some support. keep in mind they are pretty tight and not the most comfortable thing in the world.

    Good news. I didn't puke at the gym today. lol

    Back, Tris, and DL today, but the gym manager decided to reorganize the weight room today, so I was left with the cross fit equipment to use for my work out.

    Circuit:
    10 Pull ups
    30 Dips on the parallel bars
    10 tire flips (idk the weight of the tire, it was just over 5 feet tall though)
    1 min on the speed bag
    2 min rest
    Repeat x10

    I finished the work out in just under an hr.

    I've recently been having knee problems after doing squats. We did them almost every other day when I played college baseball. I imagine my knees are beginning to give out on me.

    yeah and those are the worst things to go.... even arnold doesnt squat anymore because he knows his knees are bad

    Squat to parallel is enough for me to consider good reps.

    I squat 3x a week, 5x5, and have no worries about my knees. I squat low bar so I'm more concerned with form/posture, so I don't injure my lower back.

    Some people are pretty flexible in the hole with low bar.
