But he specializes in my condition (post transplant) and nobody else in Colorado does, He felt i was abusing the pain drugs so he quit prescribing them and i quit taking them, But the pain is STILL there and he refuses to give me anything but "take aspirin" I get a needle in the middle of my back each side two times a month, And i have past back problems that are Worsened by the procedure... But i cant and wont take any narcotic pain med, So i decided to try an alternative medicine (Marijuana Edibles) and he tells me that he will stop seeing me (which will compromise my lung health) because i had a previous problem with NARCOTIC pain meds. So i decided to try the alternative and its HELPED greatly.

Its even proven! My lung functions are the highest they've been, My blood work is great, Im gaining good weight, no more swelling, Im more active i'm not depressed or stressed out like i was... And his only reason for not allowing Edible Marijuana is because of the post transplant pain med issue thats been solved for the past three months, Not one pill in my system, No drinking like i used to either. . . He tells me he prescribes Edible Marijuana to more then half of his patients with the same condition but he wont because of my past issue...

How can i be denied being seen because i've decided to try an alternative pain med that is not addicting and does not effect my lungs in anyway... He is in no way respectful, He wouldn't even talk to me he kept saying "i have to get to other more important patients" or "i'm out of time for this"... He tells me all the other doctors have given up on me because of the pain med issue... THAT IS OVER AND DEALT with... He basically said, I want you in pain because you abused the narcotics we prescribed to you, and i wont allow any alternative no matter if its addicting or not... How is that fair? Can i really be withheld a medication that is been proven to better my health because i took my pain meds to quick because i was in a lot of pain... Ive never had any addictions, Ive been on pain meds a year before this doctor and never had problems and now all the sudden... Because i Abused a narcotic i'm not allowed to try alternative medicines that are organic and regulated just like a regular pharmacy...

I dont understand that... He said if a therapist saw me regularly and agreed it helps he would prescribe edibles... But its not only emotional issues that the med helps... it helps physically...

I've been more then respectful to this doctor, Done everything he's told me and i get dealt with this crap...?

OH and get this, He said he would write a script THAT DAY for Anti Depressants... Without anyone elses approval... Correct me if i'm wrong but... Dont anti depressants have addictive qualities and a ton of side effects????!

Ive also been on them and they didnt help and he didnt care, Pretty much walked out of the room and said make up your mind in three weeks, I dont care either way...?!!??

Hes a smart doctor, Hes helped me alot and im recovered. But... He treats me like shit, Like im a two bit druggie that is just there so i can get my fix and shit. He put me on drug tests once a week and the first week they gave me sedation for a procedure, THEN TESTED ME and he called me yelling at me because my DT was hot... REALLY?! What a doctor. I was hot for the two drugs THEY GAVE ME haha

 

pretty sure its his license and he can prescribe and deny whatever.

sounds like he thinks your a druggy addict because you abused his prescription last time and he doesnt want to be apart of it.
