Yup, I've slammed my diff pretty hard 4 times now in the past 4 months... The little reinforcement fins on the front already have some pretty good chunks missing...

Mine was scared really bad on the bottom and had two good dents on the rear face. Plus I got it for free haha but it's sweet.

    Haha lucky :p

Diff skid and lca skids are somewhere on the list... Haha
Speaking of which, I think I'm going to need to do some repainting of my lca's. They're scarred pretty bad...

^That's what I'm saying. I've scraped my rear diff to where my drain plug barely clears.

Have you guys seen this? (biased but informative review)

Yea they are fine. They are stout enough. Not worth the drilling and weight IMO.

Yeah, PcBuilder, my LCAs look all scratched up like that. I'd just rattle can and call it a day!

Hey, does anyone have any thoughts on the Vision X light cannons? They look REALLY bright... especially for a single LED. Look half way down the page in this thread:

    stock shackles are about 3.5''

    his new ones are 6''

2.5'' longer or about 1.25'' lift.

So, I don't know why I'm surprised but the new springs came in...

    without any orbit eye bushings....

At least they appear to be the right length this time!

My input on those two choices, id go with the Xlighting ones. Bigger reflector, thus further throw.

^Yeah this is like a nightmare. I think I know what happened this time... The lady answered the phone. I told her that I took of the POLY bushings and they didn't need to send another set. She went to the back and just told Guy that I took "the bushings" off and that he didn't need to send another set.

Now, I'm wondering if they can simply send me the bushings or not. I think they are pressed in...

^Looks like you're right. The bushings arrived today. Apparently they are almost a press fit. I think a dead blow and some light tapping should get them in. Talking with Bill, some welding is involved once they're in, but I don't know why. I'll update you guys as I proceed this weekend...
