Agreed. For having been around as long as they have, their website, especially in the ordering process, needs a major upgrade. Compared to others, it feels like 10 years ago. They make a great product, they need a new way to process their orders.

So I go home on my lunch break and to my suprise the Fed Ex guy shows up at my door 10 min later with a box marked "wet Okole!" Was pretty stoked that I got my seat covers but confused because I told them to ship it to the Honolulu store so I never gave them my address!! No clue how they got my direct address lol.. Any who, called wet Okole right after booked an installation appt a few hours later. Went there figuring it would take at least 30 mins based on other peoples posts. It took the kid less than 12 min to have it installed. Better yet they did it for free!!

Super glad I participated in this group buy!

*side note, the neoprene smell isn't that strong

I kind of like the silver/black/red theme I've got going on with my truck right now. Figured I'd steer away from the norm, and shoot if i'm paying 2-300 bucks on seat covers I want them to look custom.
I love them so far! Only complaint is that they bubble up where you sit and where your upper back is, they aren't flush against the seat. But I guess that's nitpicking.

Nah I nitpicked that too. I didn't realize they weren't flush and tight against the back portion of the seat

...on a more positive note, they were VERY comfortable-- it caught me by surprise actually

That they are. I'm hoping that they will sink in as i sit in them a little bit more, but we'll see. Otherwise, they're super comfortable and look great! Definitely a good use of money

Got my ship notification today! Yeehaw! :D

Ordered at noon on the last day, Oct 4.
    Shipped on Oct 22.

Ana told me to expect 3-4 weeks for delivery, so I'd say that's pretty good estimating. Now if I can figure out a way to make these NOT Christmas presents! ;)

I got mine last week. Nice covers...

I'm not real happy with the power supply and switch box for the seat heaters. Has anyone tried cutting the wire between heating elements and the switch box and hard wired them with a console mounted switch?

Can you (and/or anybody else) take a few pics of the Wet Okole seat heater component(s)?
    It'd be much appreciated!
My old man is getting seat covers and this is an option depending on what the seat heater components look like

Yep... That is just one of the reasons I want to hardwire them.

My main concern is if the WO switch box actually controls the temp and if I were to put in a simple hi/Lo switch if the temp would actually change with the new switch setting.

Yeah I can't see what the 3 buttons are on the remote :notsure:
I'd imagine with a hard wire switch like in the other thread you might lose the ability to control the heat, unless it's just an ON/OFF switch...??

The WO switch box is just one button. You press it to select high, medium, low, and off and the temp setting is illuminated with a light next to the corresponding temp.

Kudos to WO once again. When I installed my seat covers, one of the plastic buckles on the driver's seat cover snapped in half when I tightened it (oops). Anyway, an email to WO later, and they replied one would be in the mail to replace it right away. Not a huge deal, but THAT is customer service. They could have said too bad so sad...
