Brand new Davez offroad front toyota springs with horrible shackle angle from the initial swap. Unfortunately the frame is at 28". 7" uptravel though :D . Shackles are straight up and down most likely giving it 2" extra. I need to add my winch again too, should bring it down a tad.

This is the truck before the new springs.

A few adjustments to make sure everything clears and it should be good I hope.

How many degrees of steering should I be aiming for? What's an acceptable number?

I out the factory stops back in so I have exactly the same amount of steering as it did under the F350. I am using all of the ram's stroke so I can't really get more at this time.

Not sure. Maybe where the u-joints in the axle shafts don't bind? Looks badass! From full bump to full droop, how much does the axle shift side to side?

Depends what D60 calipers, chevy or ford. Best bet is to measure the piston diameter and calculate the hydraulic ratio, the closest to stock would be your best bet.

For me it was a 1Ton T100 master cylinder.

Well look closer because it is. :D

    Taco MC is 13/16" dia.
    T100 is 1" dia.
    1 Ton T100 is 1 1/16" diameter. Only made the 1 Ton T100 for a few years.

    I'll be running a chevy 60.

Was thinking of hydroboost but it'd be a lot easier/cheaper if I could run my stock 92 80 MC and booster. It's already set up for rear drums/front discs too (at least I'd assume there would be the proper residual valves). It's a 1" MC.

Thanks for the link, sounds like I need to go hydroboost as originally intended.
