    I want to make my own box later, I will take out the rear plastic storage bins and mount 3 12" JL pancakes in said box. It will be boomin with double bass. :cool:

    Its a good fit for pancake 12s, air space is small. But 10s moves faster for double bass.

    I probably don't listen to it for the beat as much as you though, I've sat in a taco with 3 pancakes and it sounded perfect for what I want.

    I have a rectangular sub box with a closed off end and a blow hole on the side. I guess that's a blow through but dear god does it give crazy bass

    i have something like that in my xb, PROBOX with a huge port on one side and a single ten. that thing hit harder then some of my friends with 2 12's. guess that port/box has alot to do with it?
