YEP! Stanford made them look a little less badass but Stanford is looking better than the last couple weeks.

I don't think so. He has one more year I think before he will be decent in the NFL. He would have a decent time in CK's offense though.

DAT might leave though, depending on what he projects for the NFL. Probably a traditional PR.

The way Mariota is and his family are....he stays. Him and his family are all about an education 1st and football 2nd.

I think his parents would dissaprove of him leaving after this year. I think next year they would say "it's you choice now".

He's a redshirt sophomore correct? So if he wanted to he could leave. I think it will depend on where he is projected. Hard to say no to millions

 

With the way he and his family are though, he will stay.

Like I said, DAT is gone. He has 2 amazing running backs behind him that are going to be competing for playing time. DAT will be another Bush/Hester/Sproles in the NFL.

 

This may be true, but anybody who turns down 1st round money is an idiot. You can finish your education later. Coming back to school if you're an elite NFL/NBA prospect makes zero sense. The kind of money you make right away will set you and your kids and your kids' kids up for life.

Sure, if you come back and finish your education, you'll have a degree to fall back on... but what if you blow out your knee in the process? Your college degree will get you a job making $50k/$75k/$100k per year... When you could have had $15,000,000 in the NFL and come back for your degree in the off season?

I got a degree from Alabama, then came back for a Masters... if somebody came to me in my junior year and offered me a job that guaranteed $10 million, but I'd have to drop out of school (and maybe come back later), I would have taken it in a heartbeat.

 

I'd put bets that he doesn't go. I pray he gets the Heisman (if Jameis settles the fuck down ) then a shot at the natty this year...........but if he does or doesn't get either of those I still think he stays.

 

Buddy jameis Winston is only a freshman and the best thing about it is he's getting better every game
