What's up with the poor customer service. Does this guy ever call anyone back!!! He was referred to me by a friend. But should I be affraid to use him because he blows at calling me back. Just wondering if I drop my truck off for some work how will I get updates.. HELP!!!

 

if i were you, id just swing by the shop and see whats goin on if he keeps no calling back.

 

I've heard some really solid stuff amount AMS and the cage Brian did on RonDogs truck, and the work on Chris's truck was bad ass.


But lately I've been hearing horror stories about lagging on work and call-backs like you're saying.

I agree with Brian, stop by the shop and see what's up. That's what I would do before putting it off as a whole.

Today is his Birthday. He closed for the day to spend it with his kids. My truck is there currently.

Oh!!! Funny, I don't remember the last time I didn't show up for work on my birthday. How are things going for you. Is the work done in a timely fashion. This is my daily drive and I don't want it held up. I'm looking into some custom fab work!!! That's why I been quesiotn his ability , I've tried since last week. I almost gave up!!! Instead I decided to ask some peeps who might know him!!!

brian does some sweet work, but he tends to lag a bit. all depends on how much work is gonna be done on the truck. then again all fabricators are on their own time.

 

As mentioned previously Brian does great work, he has been a bit busy with the new location move and machinist partner. I suggest keep calling, email, but stopping by to visit is always a very good option.

It seems he made a TW account if not a second so as not to be ridiculed , with the intent on causing hate about Brian and American Motorsports.

 

Custom work takes time, being rude will extend that time.

Talked to Brian recently, things should be speeding up soon. IMO worth the wait.

25 min drive...
I live 35 mins out of town, which I drive every day.
When I was getting fab work done down in Socal I'd drive between BTF, Engage and Deaver all in the same day. 25 mins is NOTHING.

 

i drive 1.5 hours to see my truck coincidentally at american motorsports. just whiny entitled kids want everything catered and handed to them.

 

Your right, but I need to go during my lunch and he's the closest to me...
