^^ I just learned something new! I have never seen the sprouts on the stalk like that - I have never even put any thought into how they grow; just always see them already seperated.

They were good! If you ever buy them on the stalk get the smaller sprouts.

Those are the best ways to have fries. Slice up a potato and fry them. So good  My girlfriend's grandma makes the best fries.

    How's your weekend look?

I'm good either day. Pack don't play until they stomp the hell out of Minnesota in the Sunday night game, so I should be free both days.

I'll pull like two pounds of ground sirloin out of the freezer on Friday and get it in the fridge to thaw :)

I'm a 100% grill man, by the way, so no stovetop for me. You can balance me out nicely!

That looks incredible! That combination would be a top five meal for me. Well done.

Care to divulge the recipe for that pasta?

I don't have the time to go all charcoal :( I'm pretty decent with the gas though, and the family has never complained...

Although I'll be the first to admit, if it were ONLY about the food I'd be on charcoal. But the time factor kills it for me.

Anyhow, I also think I need to do this challenge cause I need to write down for once how *I* make the damned things. The family loves my burgers but I never make them the same way twice, so I really need to codify it in a recipe. Plus, as usual, I'll learn from y'all that are better at this shit than I am!

Was just a simple mac(ziti) and cheese. Always make way more cheese sauce than you think you'll need. I used cheddar, Parmesan and a few slices of American. Topped with breadcrumbs, a little spray grease on top and in the oven.

I always liked them as a kid, even the frozen bags. But now fresh brussel sprouts done right...... I would eat them all day.
