A verbal reprimand for both, for Rhodes, he should be commended for putting up with that shit, and the dude that had the cheap shot shouldn't be allowed on the field the rest of the season.

There is no way he keeps his job anyway, I hope for ISU's sake that a bunch of burnt orange dollar signs stay well away from Coach Rhodes hands after Mack is gone.... But Rhodes has to be a guy that bigger programs are thinking about.

I hope he stays with his roots and stays here. Can you imagine what he could do if he was able to recruit talent like Texas?

Anyone looking to get out off roading? There is an event coming up in Iowa on Nov. 2-3. I might be attending with my 3rd Gen 4Runner. See below.

This thread is so dead lately. Someone tell a joke or something.

Meanwhile for any 1st gen guys I have full sets of skids on sale in the group buy section. This will be the best time to buy if you are interested.

It was with Pioneer in Johnston. Doing some design engineering for the seeding equipment. It was pretty quick and easy, they didn't ask any behavioral questions, I just had to talk about my experience. I found that odd since it seems all interviews are behavioral now.

I hate those... I usually end up going off some very minor little thing and blowing it way out of proportion for every time they say "tell me about a time when you..."

I swear those are just a test of how fast you can think on your feet and make up a story

I'm pretty sure that's what they were testing because I had to think of examples from previous jobs that were related to the job description. I didn't have any specific project in mind when I went in.

Sounds like we use the same strategy haha... think of a situation that vaguely fits the question they're asking and then embellish and exaggerate like a mofo
