We're in the same age pool then? LOL

I wouldn't wanna be a young person in this day & age. Too much drama that these kids get themselves into.

Growing old is only bad on ones body, but the mind grows stronger and more peaceful.

Well it already took me 15 minutes to pump up the tire with this cheap pump. That was the fastest at that moment.

Glad it turned out well in the end, and given I haven't had a flat yet, going to check out the jack thanks to your post.

Didn't see anyone mention a high-lift. Would you use one on the road like that? Can't think of why not.

The only problem with using a hi-lift, is a secure & safe place to jack under. You can't use it under a thin piece of bumper/metal.... You've gotta have something strong/secure. If you have a hitch, you can put the hi-lift jack in the receiver..... If you have rock sliders that are firmly (welded) to the frame, aftermarket heavy duty/steal bumpers....might be able to jack from under them depending on how they're mounted & the structure itself.

If Hi-lifts are not secured properly to the vehicle and/or standing on flat/solid surface.... the jack can pop out from under the vehicle while jacking.... (I've seen it happen).

A 48" hi-lift jack..... won't reach the frame and why you need other exterior mounting points.

My stupid OEM bottle jack is too short as well. Even from the best jacking point, (go ahead with the jokes) it still won't lift a tire off the ground.
