I eat pancakes, but only sweet potato type nowadays . No flour for this guy. Plus, sweet potato pancakes are what my family makes in Germany.

Ihop only has their A-team cooks in at around 2-3 AM it seems

I'm a foodie. But my food is a hell of a lot healthier than what I used to eat. And probably what you still eat.

 

im a foodie who's open to healthy and unhealthy stuff your a health nut foodie. either way still a foodie

 

I did it for my health. I went wheat free in Feb due to slight allergies. I feel 100x better without it.

I can cook almost anything you can without the use of wheat products though. I tend to avoid a lot of the stuff though because it can end up higher in fat content.

 

That last page totally decided my brefas choice.

ouch well thats good i think im gonna start changing my diet soon. my chest has been hurting and i've been a bit sluggish lately also probably due to the fact that prior to starting ths job i was in the gym monday-saturday and ever since this job (bout 3 months ago) i havent been able to due to stress, low energy, and time constraints
