So if the clear and color are mixed how can the clear flake away from the color?

True. My family has been dealing with discount for years and they always throw a little extra in to earn your business.

 

I've also found it varies by location the one by my house is beyond excellent stayed 2 hours after closing time to retrieve tires from another discount tire because the 2nd closest on screwed us over
