Well the auto is the same. Wikipedia says all the 4spd autos on the 2.7L motors are the same A340E from 1995-2013.

The 1st gen 5 spd is the R150F and the 2nd gen 5 speed is the R155F.

Your 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears are the same, but the 155 has a lower 1st gear and a higher 5th gear

You need to swap tranny's Monte! haha Better crawl ratio in 1st and lower rpm's while cruising in 5th!

The differences aren't big enough to bother, unless you killed your tranny and needed a new one I guess. Even then a 150 is probably cheaper and easier to find than a 155.

    R150F-R155F
    First Gear: 3.83:1 - 3.95:1
    Second Gear: 2.06:1 - 2.06:1
    Third Gear: 1.44:1 - 1.44:1
    Fourth Gear: 1.00:1 - 1.00:1
    Fifth Gear: 0.84:1 - 0.81:1

With your current setup, just swapping 5th gears, it would only save you about 100 rpm at 75mph... haha

Unless they use adapters between the autos and manuals then the 155 should too.

custom 5vzfe turbo kit. Company in Loveland makes it. Not sure on price. Expensive im sure. Has a Precision turbo on it and all TIG welded. Probably 350-400hp though.

52eighty performance. Its in Loveland. Im gonna stop by there on my way home now! haha owner seems very nice. Just chatted with him on FB.

says it'll be at just under 300whp probably right now. Once they beef up the tranny, 400-500 easy.

thats the back side of it, so the downpipe, wastgate dump, and rear of turbo. On the passenger side.

i bet its about a 4-5k kit or more. Comes with tuning stuff too. AEM FIC, injectors and pump.
