    Does anyone know the exact law for a victim that has a restraining order against someone, Yet the victim is the one calling and harassing the "abuser"?

    A girlfriend of mine was arrested for DV and so the guy who got beat up by a chick apperently, Got a restaining order against her, Now he has called her well over 5 times in an hour... She called and the police officer and apperently her PO have told her that he is allowed to do that?

    How the hell is someone given immunity to harass a woman when HES breaking the restaining order...

    Shes got kids and this dude is just being a prick and calling her on 5 different numbers... If he doesnt stop then im gonna have to step in... Especially if the cops wont do something about it.

    Hey man, Shes my Friend and shes got kids trying to sleep and shit. She cant turn her phone off because her PO could call at anytime and she has a job that calls her up to 9pm at night so...

    Im not saying im going to beat him or try to be Mr. badass but im not going to stand by idle while this guy is just purposely being an asshole and hiding behind the law.

    I dont mind the jokes i could care less, But at least give some serious advice.
