    Since I started doing cleans and deads more...my shins were getting fucked up. spent a month working on form and concluded my body mechanics hate my shins so I picked a set of those up

    seem awesome, the front is impact neoprene

    Wanna go test them out once I finish these midterms and get back into the gym

    theres a group of small guys that always lift together....

    the "leader" always makes a scene of putting his gloves on, and back belt.

    no matter what he's doing, he'll wear gloves and a belt.

    Had some little skinny DB tell me I had TERRIBLE form today doing weighted dips (did a 45 first set, added a 25 to it the next 2 sets). I'm not a big guy, but I was bigger than this kid. I figured "he doesn't know what he's talking about", but it got me wondering. There's a mirror there, but You can only really see it while you're standing on the machine, not when you're actually doing the exercise. So I decided to film myself. I felt like a DB for filming myself on dips. I thought my form was pretty clean (And my tris were lookin pretty good), aside from needing to slow down some. But, I did figure out that I hate filming myself in the gym. Lol

Lol he's bigger and understands everything about the body. Some little tiny chicken telling me "go eat a sammich find out what a boob feels like THEN talk to me about form"

I was exhausted from the rest of the work out (this was my last exercise, CHESTNTRIS! (100s on flat dumbbell press for the first time in forever)), so I thought there might be somethin to it. But...turns out he's just a little turd head. Haha.

    I know I kinda burn through the first 5 and don't FULLY lock out. I typically do them more like the last 5, slow and lock out completely. It was my last set and I was in a hurry to get outta there and eat some grilled chicken.

    honestly it looks fine... end of the workout you're just burning shit up. The way I see your form is you're doing a chest dip more than a tri dip. legs are back chest is more forward. Plus you have BW + the weight on the belt.. not many people understand how heavy that gets.... and yeah nice tris bro.... no homo
