i'm not sure actually. i don't think so but i'm not 100% on that. i know i won't be for the time being

 

Yeah, not as an apprentice but If you like the work, you wont stay an apprentice long.

I just wasn't sure how things are there. Here in Wa, many shops are union but in Az with their crazy 'right to work' laws, almost no unions can get into the shops there.

yeah, i've never been in a position to need to know until now. colorado has them in certain fields so i'm sure some plumbers are. i'm just not sure if this company falls into that or not yet.


so far, fist day wasn't too bad. about what i expected. did paperwork, peed in a cup, and had the general "you're physically able to do this job" physical. then drilled a shit load of holes for piping for most of the day.

 

haha the physical test stuff is a joke haha

 

pretty much......."here, lift this #100 box as high as you can"........uhhh, ok.

i mean, everyone knows you lift heavy things all with your back in a jerking twisting motion...... duh!

 

for mine at the slope it was funny. Had to put weights in a box and stand with it. And i was like..you don't have enough weights..haha my dad was there watching half laughing at me while i did this super simple test haha

See THAT IS WHAT I MISS! for reals..although id spend about 50 on gas..on 10 on food..but STILL! for a WHOLE weekend in the big horns exploring and running around everywhere..thats cheap!

granted..i have invested in the other shit to support that kind of thing...but not the point..

 

yea see for me..had to drive about an hour and a half to get to the hills. Plus i almost always go offroad somewhere. Although if i was home now id have built a small bed rack for my other truck and Grant and i would be doing a lot of rock climbing im sure.
