    Basically what I did. There are quite a few Douches in this gym. Saw a couple high school kids come in a few weeks ago, walked in, grabbed the 40 lb dumbbells, did 2 curls with the worst form I've ever seen, flexed, then left.

    Start lifting heavy weights, when someone asks if you need a spot, "Naw man I'm good, can you hold my camera though?

    I was doing a severe 4 exercise, 7 round 10 rep for time work out...so I wasn't a huge amount of weight, two bro's asked if I needed a spot...fuck em.

    I only asked for a spot once doing squats...I like to lift my own weight, if I have to have get a spot, and they put hands on the bar, I didn't lift the total weight.

    Ive done it. Found out my squat form was SHIT. Didn't really care though. I'd rather have someone judge me for trying to better myself. FUCK the haters man
    Ive seen "bro" videos of a dude "spotting" someone on deads... But lets be honest, theres no way to spot a dead unless youre keeping the guy who just fainted deadlifting from falling back and doing some damage haha

    haha, then we are dipping the same weight (i weigh ~220)

    did shoulders and chest today, i lowered the weight and really focused on the muscle contractions.....and holy shit. i did bent over flys (or whatever they're called) and the backs of my shoulders are wrecked.....in fact, my whole shoulder is. shoulders are swole as shit when i got home and looked in the mirror

    I hate when you're repping out a set and someone just walks up and starts spotting you. I was doing 150 on barbell shoulder press one time and this scrawny ass dude came behind me and started spotting me and I just re-racked it and said, "what the fuck are you doing man?" He was like, "oh man, you look like you needed a spot..." I said, "let's do these together and see who needs a spot first"...I checkmated his douchery with double douchery. Now, I know there's nothing wrong with being the new guy in the gym, but don't walk around acting like freaking Jay Cutler. There's these high school dudes that come in and start getting 'the pump' and grunting and yelling and I'm like, "dude, you just benched 135...calm down"

    Anyway, after my Kai Greene workout, my arms were pretty sore and I've got chest and shoulders tomorrow, so I'm gonna use that technique for them and see what's up. I have a feeling my ego is gonna take a major blow on the bench press lol

    Anybody use MP Assault regularly as pre-workout? Used some I got in sample pack today, worked better than C4 but no quite as good as CRAZE which is.. freaking insane.
