    it depends, the ones that are more local dont tend to have the crowds as bad, but even if its crowded most of the ammo guys have plenty of the common stuff, heck, i found a guy that even had a full case of .22 win mag i was looking for

    It's typical of merican buildings. I was a commercial contractor in Philly for almost a decade and never saw a 13th floor. Mechanical floors are also hidden from the public. Per code the stairs must be labeled correctly though.

    Lol.. I figured it out. Its a windowless maint. floor. To get the elevator to go there, you have to enter 14R, and only the service elevator works.

    once he gets it back up and running i guess it went down.. but hes got people working on it..
