Hey guys, it looks like you have it handled, but I did call Camburg to verify and the zerks are self tapping.
    This is from the instructions...

Using a 1/4” wrench install the self tapping zerk fittings into the Camburg arms

Ran into another problem. Driver side making a loud humming noise coming from the drivers side thought t was coming from the rack and pinion but took it into Toyota and they said nothing is wrong, had already taken in for wheel alignment after Camburg UCA installed. So next step thought maybe short on grease, so bought some of the Camburg grease and greased up the 4 zerk fittings. Still making a loud humming sound while turning the steering wheel, when the truck is at a stop and when moving less then 10 mph. Has anybody come across of this problem. I am running ToyTec Ultimate Lift Kit, KM2's 285/75/16 on TRD TX Pro Fake Bead Lock Rims. Had no humming sound while running stock UCA arms.

I haven't heard of this issue, I would recommend you contact Camburg, see what they think and then possible take it to a reputable shop and have them inspect it.

That uniball might need some lube. We recommend you use high temp, dry PTFE lubricant. Triflow is a good one to use. Lube the uniball, give the wheel a few turns and drive it around a little so that the lube gets into the lining and then wipe any excess grease off.

I didn't even think about it possibly being the uni ball by the way you described it.
    Glad it worked out.
