How did Chara escape penalties on his high hit on Wingels and the high stick into Hertl's mouth ?

 

The Wingels I cant remember - but the Hertl high stick came as he was cleaning out the crease after a whistle. Earlier in that same shift Hertl hit Chara low (how else do you hit the guy) and he didn't like it much. Looks like the ref warned him after the high stick.

 

Is this right?

I think Wingels actually tried to Duck the hit. He lowered his head at the last second and got clipped...and Hertyl? Likeley just another case of a one-eye-blind ref.
