    I didn't want to include his post and username just yet, in case he lied to me about when it was shipped out i wanted to give it till sometime next week but it's ridiculous. I sent payment and every time i do they always ship right away and i've never had an issue. He won't respond to my PM'S so i'm giving him until next wednesday before i report it. Today marks 2 weeks and still haven't received my package

    If you sent money through paypal then use the "Resolution Center".

    If you sent cash or money order then you are out of luck. Just remember who it was that scammed you and dont do business with them again.

    I guess i was just giving him benefit of the doubt because people sometimes lie about when they ship or when they are going to ship. If i reverse payment and somehow they show up on my door next week i'll feel like an asshole

    e: what's the time frame paypal lets you resolve shit like this?

    I agree maybe wait until next week.

    I did have a bad experience with a member on here, as soon as i bought it he went offline for months lol.

    After a couple weeks i went through paypal and they refunded my money.

    Well i pm'd him a few days after he said he shipped and i asked for a tracking # since nobody is home during the days at my house and my packages always go back to a local post office but i can't get them without tracking numbers. He never replied and he was online a few days after that pm, but now he hasn't been online for the last 10 days

    Will do, thanks for all the information. I would've known that already but i've never had an issue with buying goods through paypal. So it will be hassle free? I just tell them the situation and i get refunded?

    :notsure: I believe so but I've never had to do it. I tend to stay away from newer members when buying items or members that go missing for weeks at a time

    OP, why are you being vague? What did you buy and when did the seller say he shipped it? Did he actually confirm he shipped or was it "I'll try to ship it out tomorrow"?

    Help us help you....

    45 days, so OP's got plenty of time and shouldn't sweat it.

    I'd give it another couple weeks to see if the guy gets back to you.

    You sent it as a Gift or Goods/Services? I believe the latter is the only type of transaction they'll reimburse hence the fees, right?
