Interesting. I ship USPS to Canada and have a tracking number on every shipment. How do you ship? I use USPS Flat Rate.

Yeah i've gotten a tracking number every time when they ship with USPS because of me not being able to be at home to receive my items and the post office will not release the item until i provide a tracking number.

Anyways guys this has been resolved, he came online today and said it was shipped out but he didn't send it on the day he said (like i assumed)

Let this thread die, thanks for your input, opinions, and advice as always!

I go directly to USPS.com and have a login there. You can get one for free.

Make sure you send that cancellation in writing or they will continue to take money from your account every month.

    I'm on a personal crusade against Stamps.com

Thought it would be cool to print my own postage.
    Sent one package.
Next month, they charged my account.
Sent an email and they informed me that they had a minimum charge every month, but not to worry, it was available for stamps.

Except I NEVER mail things. I might ship out 3 or 4 packages a year.

So they offered a "cheaper" plan that still had a minimum monthly.
    Told them to fuck off.

Got a customer satisfaction survey a couple of weeks later.
Told them they could suck me.

Rep FINALLY got back to me and said that they did have a "pay as you go" account type that would fit my needs.
Told them "Well, had your three idiot reps told me that six weeks ago, you would still have a happy customer instead of a pissed off former customer who is recommending that his friends avoid your service"

And I can understand that, but at the point I said "You have nothing that I can use, please cancel my account and issue a refund of the unused postage", the first drone should have offered the pay-as-you-go option.

Strange that the seller finally responded after this shitstorm hit the forum, but not to previous personal messages...

maybe bob had something to do with it (I'm thinking he pulled his email from his registration and emailed him). OP said seller wasn't showing any site activity for quite some time so he probably didn't know he had messages waiting. but yes, seller should have paid more attention to the forum while he was shipping an item.

I hear that, but I thought you got an email notification from TW when a PM was sent, yes?

You can turn off the notification, but you can't turn off the PM popup, and OP stated that the seller had activity on the forum after he had sent him a PM.
