    I use Assault 5 days a week. I like it better than the NO I had last time. My ears start tingling about 15 minutes after I take it. Couple of other guys I know said the same thing. Guess it's Startin to work?

    Of course it's not as good as Craze. That stuff had amphetamines in it. Lol.

    I just tried ON's Platinum Pre yesterday.... Killer preworkout, I didnt get all crazy I was just super focused.. and took tiny breaks... smashed my leg day... on tap today is Back then Bis... Bring the rain haha

    I keep Assault on standby, just in case I'm not feeling it that day...coffee usually gets the job done, though. The only complaint I have about Assault is the crash after it wears off. I wanna ON's pre workout, as I am a huge ON whore

    Is it just me or does c4 not pack the punch like I thought it did 6 months - a year ago?
    Maybe it's cause I was just taking the old Jack3d a few months ago...

    how often do you take a pre? Also how often do you have caffeine?

    When I take pre it's 2 weeks on 1 (or 2) week(s) off. I never have caffeine (coffee, energy drinks, etc.).

    This latest tub of c4 has just been meh when it comes to my tolerance... the first few times are awesome, but by the end of the 1st week my tolerance is pretty study for 2 scoops

    Yes, 6 days/week for 2 weeks then don't take it at all for a week or two.
    I do this when I plateau so that helps me push through it

    i do the same 2 weeks on 1 week off with PWO, creatine, BCAA, citrulline malate and stuff like ZMA, multivita, omega 3 i take everyday.

    for a pre workout... I would suggest limiting it to like maybe to two times a week. But that's just me haha

    I've been taking Muscle Pharm Assault for my PWO for the past 11 months for my lifting days only ( 3-4 days a week). I am caffeine sensitive so I didn't want anything that would make me cracked out jacked. Mp Assault, I love the stuff. It doesn't make me feel like shit when I'm on it. It gives me the right intensity with half a scoop, if I want to push it a little more, 3/4 to a full scoop is enough to get it done. Just make sure you drink plenty of water during and after work outs to flush it out.

    Muscle Pharm products are super clean. I'm on a full spectrum of pre, intra, and post workout stuff from Muscle Pharm for the past 11 months.

    I even want to make sure this stuff isn't killing my liver or kidneys so I had a full blood spectrum done at the hosiptal after a 3 day cleanse and a 12 hour fast. Everything came back better than normal. No issues.

    Note: I've noticed varying intensity between flavors. For example, fruit punch requires 3/4 of a scoop to get the same feel as 1/2 scoop of orange mango. Idk if its me or the product, just FYI.

    Just a quick chime in...u can probably go 4-6 wks on a pre than 2 wks off....I used to do them daily, 2-3 SF energy drinks, and a pot of coffee...my receptors loved me :D

    Now I use a pre maybe 1-2x a month, and a few cups of coffee a week...if that.

    I take them daily when training...pre or not...u can't have enough Aminos :)

    It may be placebo...give it a try and see if it helps...u can try both if u can handle that much fluid before u train...or just buy some flavored creatine and try that pre.
